Hillsdale is seeking a talented, professional, and principled Graphic Designer who can help disseminate the mission of Hillsdale College. Working with an on-site creative team, this person will design visual marketing communications for both print and digital platforms that reinforce and promote the Hillsdale brand to its national audience, numbering in the millions, including undergraduate and graduate students, alumni, online courses students, podcast listeners, and donors.

Personal Characteristics The Marketing Department interacts with College faculty, staff, students, parents, subscribers, donors, and speakers. A clean and neat appearance and a pleasant relationship that is supportive of the College mission is essential. This relationship needs to be supportive and professional while maintaining confidentiality as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Ability to operate basic office equipment. Occasional lifting or otherwise moving of office supplies, booklets, files, and heavy packages, as necessary.
