The Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst will work for the Continuous Improvement Director, supporting cross-business units in a consultative role, supporting the design and development of the tools and processes necessary for the business to achieve their best in class goals. The individual must be able to work absent direction with single or multiple business customers to design processes and be able to lead and/or mentor less experienced Continuous Improvement analysts in Process Design and documentation. They will be capable of independently leading an effort to effect changes in KPIs for business units.
Individuals must possess such knowledge, skill, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential function of the job with or without reasonable accommodation using an appropriate combination of skills and abilities.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the job.
