As a Senior Production UI/UX Designer, you are a unique blend of artist and engineer, capable of both designing and programming beautiful user interfaces. You are able to work together with internal customers, developers, and technologists to lead the creation of on-brand user interfaces for web and mobile users.This is a design leadership position that requires a lengthy track record of delivering successful design and front-end implementations for high-traffic websites.
In addition to an exceptional UI design portfolio, you must be skilled in the use of and ability to articulate effective design principles and decisions to both technical and business stakeholders. You should be comfortable creating high-fidelity designs and prototypes in native HTML & CSS to enable an agile web application development process, with frequent and productive collaboration with product owners. You must be able to comfortably and confidently present your ideas and designs to large groups, and be able to politely engage in collaborative and constructive feedback processes.
We believe the best web and mobile experiences are achieved when designers know precisely how to code their user interfaces. As a Production Designer, you will lead the authoring of the HTML, CSS, and other front-end code and you will collaborate with your software development colleagues to bring websites and web applications to market.
