The Events Manager must possess outstanding organizational and communication skills and be diligently proactive in order to effectively support Hillsdale College’s K-12 Education Office in the office’s total event programming. Candidate must have an unambiguous understanding of the mission of Hillsdale College and its philosophy. This position demands high functioning independent administrative, logistical, and clerical practices and a clear sense of business protocol. Duties include: organization and support of office operations with administrative expertise in a professional environment; preparation and management of administrative and logistical details of K-12 special events; serving as the operations focal point during special events; other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
This position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and a minimum of two years’ administrative or event planning experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to demonstrate the ability to perform the job.
