The Hillsdale College AV Department handles all internal AV event needs for the campus as well as the AV needs of the college’s national outposts. We are growing and looking to add a collaborative team member that has a passion for the pursuit of excellence in live production. The ideal candidate will be excited about the mission of the college and have relevant experience in event AV coverage including theatrical and studio lighting, live sound, video capture for livestreaming and competency in video and audio editing. You will be part of a team that seeks to learn and grow from one another and rotates live event coverage from week to week.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of audiovisual experience required
Desired Qualifications: AVIXA CTS Certifications or relevant training

Physical Requirements
Ability to climb ladders and operate genie and scissor lifts and able to carry up to 50lbs
